⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience with Illuminare Retreat @illuminareretreat in the Dolomites was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully and beautifully curated. @amanda.dunaho - Amanda is truly the quintessential hostess—warm, intuitive, and effortlessly creating an experience that feels both luxurious and deeply personal. Our retreat home, @anders-suites was straight out of a fairytale, providing the perfect backdrop for a week that balanced adventure, relaxation, and connection. Highlights included a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the mountains, an unforgettable day exploring an abbey and vineyard capped with a wine tasting, and the once-in-a-lifetime chance to see the Olympic torch carried through the town of Brixen. We enjoyed a fun day snowshoeing in the mountains, with opportunities for skiing as well. What made this retreat truly special was the perfect rhythm Amanda created—time to explore and be active, paired with space to rest, reflect, and simply be. Just as meaningful was the environment she fostered, one that encouraged genuine connection and new friendships among all the women on the retreat. The only thing I would change is remembering to keep my phone in my pocket—the professional photographs captured by the amazing Amanda Burman @burmanphotography could not have reflected the experience any better. Every hope and expectation I had for this trip was not only met but exceeded. I left feeling inspired, refreshed, and incredibly grateful, and I cannot wait to participate in my next Illuminare Retreat. This was an experience I will treasure forever!

Amanda did it again! She is the master of planning unique travel experiences for women; her angels know it and compliment her unique talents with what has come to be known as “Illuminare Magic”. And this retreat certainly was magical! This it showed up as unexpected snow (the day before the retreat began), an opportunity to witness the passing of the Olympic torch, and personalities that meshed in a way that one can only experience on an Illuminare retreat. From sleigh rides through the largest high alpine pasture in Europe to the candlelit winterscape dinner that closed our time together and everything in between, Amanda treated us to a week in what can only be described as a heavenly landscape that will not soon leave our minds nor our hearts. Thank you Amanda, I am already looking forward to the next one!

This was truly a trip of a lifetime! Amanda created so many jaw dropping experiences from the amazing villa to an opera singer. She really thinks of everything.
